My name is Jonathan Webster Christian. I live in Ethelsville, Alabama. I am originally from Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. I was raised in the communities of Windham Springs and Wiley in the northern part of the county. My hobbies include: spending time with my family, reading, and being outside. This will be my sixth year to teach. I chose to enter special education, because I personally know what it is like to be impacted by an exceptionality. Soon after birth, I was diagnosed with a mild case of Cerebral Palsy on the right side of my body. I have had a great family who has encouraged me to be as successful, as possible, in my life. I also have an older brother who has Down Syndrome. I enjoyed getting to see him participate in the Special Olympics when I was younger.
